Shipping & Returns
Shipping, although often not given much thought to, is an integral part of our relationship. Without it, we can't get our products to you safely and on time. This is our top priority as an e-commerce business.
Most shipments are dispatched from New York, NY, USA.
The shipping price of your order is calculated dynamically based on the destination, items you plan to purchase and mail carrier.
We offer free shipping thresholds for all destinations with different minimum thresholds (in USD).
North America, $85+
South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, $120+
Special Shipping Exceptions
- Please note that some products do not qualify for free shipping e.g. Law books.
All shipments are insured so if there is any damage to products when they arrive, please retain the packaging, the products and please contact us immediately. Include photos of the damage.
If only the packaging was damaged, please let us know as well by sending us a photo. This better prepares us to ensure your future packages and others' arrive safely.
We typically ship packages within 48-72 hours. The exception is:
- any item marked as a pre-order or that is
- coming from outside our HQ. The product page would mention as such.
- the store is paused operations because we're on vacation. You can always reach out to clarify.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with our products. If you're not satisfied with your product within 30 days of receipt, please reach out to us to organize a return.
To initiate a return, respond to your order confirmation e-mail and we'll help you initiate the process (including where to return the product to). Returns will not be accepted without advance communication.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items within 3-5 business days. For more information on our return policy, see here.
Customs & Duties
Receiving a customs bill for your order can be an incredibly disappointing experience which we understand. That being said, all customers are responsible for any customs/duties upon shipments. If you have any concerns about customs/duties and the typical handling, please reach out to us before placing your order.
We often attempt to route shipments in order to avoid these scenarios, where possible, but do not guarantee it.
Certain products are shipped from an alternate fulfillment center. Namely:
